Workshops

We now offer free workshops at the store! Because our Holiday Cookie and Chocolate workshops have been so popular, we are now offering a full line of FREE WORKSHOPS. You'll be surprised how much you'll learn and how much fun you'll have.

Classes

We also offer classes starting back again in late 2007, which take place at the store for either a day, or a series of days (4 classes, 4 separate weeks). All classes require pre-registration with payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit, and Cash.

Beginner Classes:

Belle's Basics: learn the fundamentals of cake decorating. This class will include fancy borders, drop flowers, pattern transfers, figure piping, the rose and more. This is a 4-week class. Please contact the store for pricing and dates. Supplies are extra.

Intermediate and Advanced Decorating: to obtain your certificate you must complete all 5 of the following one evening classes in each category during the next 12 months.

Wedding Cake Assembly: dowels, separator plates, push pillars. Learn proper tier constructions and how the pros do it.

Rolled Fondant and Gumpaste

Rolled Fondant: learn all the newest wasy to embellish your cakes with fondant icing including bows, frills, fabric effects, swags, and lots of other cool things!

Gum Paste Flowers I: learn how to create life-like flowers out of icing without piping.
