The wedding cake - we suggest that you look at serving 1/2 - 2/3 of the total guest list. Closer to 1/2 for evening weddings and closer to 2/3 for afternoon weddings. Chose from layers of cake in Dark Chocolate, Classic White, Smooth Amaretto, Lite Lemon Citrus, or Very Raspberry. Draped in Buttercream, Rolled Fondant or White/Dark Chocolate and finished with fresh flowers, sugared fruit, chocolate curls, pulled sugar ribbons, hand made icing creations, or left bare for an elegant finish.
